Pre Order Items: Pre-order items are custom-made and may require additional production time. Please allow 5-10 weeks for these items to be produced and shipped.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that items may either be pre-made or pre-order, and you understand the shipping timelines associated with each.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! As a small brand, we work hard to deliver quality products and value every purchase made. Because of the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless your item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives in damaged condition, you may qualify for an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Notification: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

Proof of Damage: To process your request, we require clear photographic evidence showing the damage as it appeared upon arrival.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, or other included materials.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
